yosuga no sora is a visual novel set in the region of japan called amami-oshima. this is a short anime adaptation of the visual novel produced by j.c. staff. it has 2 cours (chapters) and is being made into a drama cd. other adaptations include a manga, and a light novel.
to be perfectly honest, the yosuga no sora visual novel is not my favorite visual novel. i would rate it as the equivalent of japanese hentai. it's not as dirty or as extreme as hentai, but it's a pretty strong visual novel nevertheless.
the voice acting is good. the music is average. the ending is good, but i'm a bit disappointed by how simple it is. there's no super cool character development or anything like that. the game just stops after the ending. it would have been more fun to have a sequel like what happened with the visual novel hoshi no katachi.
i mean the atmosphere of watching a visual novel game is much more enjoyable than playing a game with complex and time-consuming gameplay. it has been a long time since i played a visual novel and it is always very fun when i do play them. it was just a while back that i played the visual novel 'yosuga no sora' and it was so good that i bought the 'haruka na sora' fan disc. in short, if you are looking for something that is more like a visual novel then this is the game for you.
the visual novel is a very good story and it is a very good japanese game, i highly suggest you try it out. if you have seen the visual novel, you will know what i am talking about. the visual novel is very good, if you have the chance to watch it, i suggest you watch it all the way through. all the parts in the visual novel are well crafted and the characters are all very well crafted and written. if you have not seen the visual novel, you can still play it. it is a very short game, so you can finish it in a day.
