--------------------- The Sequence SIMulation Locus Association Test (SeqSIMLA) is a lightweight and easy to use application designed to help you simulate sequence data in families that include members affected or not by a disease. When the simulation starts, all individuals are created from all available parents and uncles and at every step, both parents and uncles are recombined randomly.
