the purpose of this research was to analyze the prevalence of ethical problems in the context of the metirsaen program among the indonesian people. the research method used was observation and interview. the data was collected through the observation of the activities of individuals during the process of making metirsaen by interviewing with those who are in the process. the results show that the ethical problem in the context of metirsaen programs is the inefficiency of the participants and their inability to respect the rules of the program. this can be influenced by the conditions of the program itself.
the literature review of the study related to the subject matter of this study is the field of change management, which is the study of methods to change in organizations. the management approach of this research is to understand the concept of values, which is the principle upon which the change management is based. values are important in the management of change because the way in which values are managed and expressed will affect the effectiveness of the change management. this study focused on the change management of an organization, which is the perhimpunan indonesia, which is a community-based organization in jakarta. the results of this study showed that the perhimpunan indonesia needs to put more focus on the organization's values, because the organization only focuses on the values of the community.
the research involves five stages. the first stage is the development of a research methodology, the second is the preparation of the field research, the third is the development of the research instrument, the fourth is data collection, and the fifth is data analysis and the interpretation of the research results. the researcher's methodology is to conduct a literature review, using the exploratory approach so that different perspectives can be explained. data were collected through literature studies related to the topic of cultural diversity through relevant books and journals. the conclusion is that cultural diversity attracts other nations to visit indonesia so that it becomes the nations superior and strength. forms of cultural diversity and forms of cultural love can grow and strengthen national values. these include folk songs, regional dances, traditional musical instruments, as well as various other local wisdom.
