KeyMacro is a bit more complicated and is more customizable than Speedify. Speedify has simple settings whereas KeyMacro has many more. I was first introduced to KeyMacro when a blog I follow shared a review. KeyMacro is a great product but with a lot of steps. I personally prefer Speedify over KeyMacro.
