There's an option in the IFF code to lower the aircraft's ground speed as well as increase the ground drag. This enables you to employ the tactic of flying on the ground for most of the battle. Its' not real fun, though. You can fly much better than on the ground. In my opinion, this option doesn't draw out the game or make it any challenging.
It's really kind of sad. I don't understand how anyone can make a physics based flight simulator with such incredibly bad physics. It's still fun if you're willing to pay for it, but not as much.
Great resource for USSR support. It's kind of slow running in the WP. I find it just rarely crashes and it's usable. I wish there was more customization options and more tactical games where you are forced to use tactics to win. Good luck.
This isn't really a problem, but there's no discount codes for the SNES version/il2stal). I doubt there is any forgot about Cliffs of Dover, and it will probably be re-released just like every other 1C product. I doubt anyone would ever buy it anyway.
