For example, if you need to use an edit tool, such as the crop tool, you have to know which button to hit to first use it. It really shouldn’t be like that. Lightroom also has a great photo manager.
As far as performance goes, I will likely have to stick with Lightroom 5 for the foreseeable future. I am a real “power user” when it comes to Lightroom, and have always liked how fast it was. Using more RAM has never been a problem, so I can’t complain about that. However, Lightroom 5 needs more resources to speed up operations, and working with the X-Trans sensor (or any other RAW imaging sensor) is not always easy. If I were to reopen workflow for a few days a month to test Lightroom 5 and X-Trans RAW files, then I think I could still keep up. Time will tell.
