A-Z LIST OF SONGS. SIDE ONE. MUSIC: You know it's early when The Commies Are Out of Town has a "Kramer Vs. Kramer" kind of vibe to it. SIDE TWO. MUSIC: "They're Out Of 'Merica" is a descent rocker, but then.. “Into Darkness (Part 2)”. That one leads off into the title track of the album, and you know even if you don't know/care about the change in band lineup, you know what you're getting into. Now we're into heavy rock with “The Thing”. It's the first real rock song on the album, but this record only has one really notable rock song. It's a good one, but again, it's kind of weird how this record only has one rock song. “Cement City” is a good song, but once again, it's a bit weird, this record only has two good rock songs. It's “Being The Meat” and “Paper Planes”. Both are decent slow/semi-fast rock songs, but the problem is they are sandwiched together. Between the two heavy rock songs is an acoustic song, but it's more of an upbeat pop song. It's “Thank You 4 Your Kindness”. But once again, it's not a heavy track, it's a good track. “Running Man” is next, and it's a slow song. Very slow. It's not particularly good, but it's the album's first real “dark” track. The next track is another slow one. It's “The Light Brigade”. It's a slow one, but it's not particularly good. The track is actually good, and its just that the song doesn't stop very long. It just keeps going. “Dull Of The Night” is next, and it's a slower one. It's actually a better song than it sounds on the album. Then we have “Casablanca (Part 1)”. It's a slow song, and it's also a nice song. It actually has a nice acoustics vibe to it. There's no reason this album has such a heavy rock vibe. The rest of this album is fast acoustic songs. “Casablanca (Part 2)” is next.
