History The first Photoshop (version 1) was released on October 24, 1991 by Adobe. It debuted at a lower price than all other leading graphics editors of the time: approximately $1,500. At the time, Photoshop had a maximum of 64K of RAM memory. The program couldn't even work with a color resolution beyond 256 color mode. The first version of Photoshop used files saved in the TIFF format, but starting from version 2, the file format became.PSD and support for over 32-bit RGB color space began. Despite being known for its tools for editing raster images, PSD files also work fine with vector graphics. Recent versions of Photoshop, such as CS6, offer at least four different tools that also work with vector graphics. The first version was developed using programming in the C language. Beginning with Photoshop CS2, the program incorporates a scripting language called Actions (now LiveCode) for use in assembling photoshop files. Over the years, Photoshop has been enhanced to incorporate more features and to extend its use to new tasks. As Photoshop increased in popularity, the price increased as well, with the most recent version being priced at $899 for the Standard edition. Adobe Photoshop CS5 – Main Features Adobe offers the following features in its most recent version: Adobe Photoshop CS5.5 The following are just some of the features of Adobe Photoshop CS5.5. Image Adjustment Image adjustment software is used for photos and illustrations and includes a large set of tools for image manipulation. A utility called "History," a precursor to the History panel in CS6, allows users to undo or redo adjustments. Layers Another addition is layers, which allow a user to keep images separate by organizing them into a layer and lets the user add, remove or reorganize the layers. This enables the user to work on different parts of an image. Color Balance Adobe offers two basic tools for color balance, which involves adjusting the whiteness of white objects or the darkness of dark objects in an image. Both tools have uses, but the Dividing window tool will generally let the user customize the process. Color Masking Creative masking is used by some people to manipulate the color of an image. This technique divides an image into different layers, and the layer is then blended together. Addition The

Q: What are the main differences between the API Projection and World Projection? I am currently learning the math behind OpenGL but I cannot seem to find the main differences between the API Projection and World Projection. My question is what are the main differences between them and why are they important? A: The projection gives you the matrix that maps the camera's coordinates to screen coordinates. The world matrix is what determines the 3D transformation (translation, rotation, scaling) of every vertex (point or primitive). If you are using unlit, planar shaders (or layered), the projection matrix serves mainly to map the planar pixels onto the screen. If you are using lit shaders or non-planar textures (screen-aligned, like normal mapping), the world matrix is used to determine the vertex position. If you are using texture coordinate generators, or coordinates are only applied to shaders, the projection matrix is irrelevant. Q: Grouping by key Pandas I want to group data in Pandas in Python but the data is a dictionary and the key is a string. I tried the following with lambda but without success: df['Foo'] = df['Data'].groupby(lambda key: 'foo').mean() Example data: A: If you don't care about the values, this is simply df['Foo'] = df['Data'].groupby(df['Data'].apply('foo')).mean() Q: Problems installing TensorFlow-gpu on Linux I'm trying to install TensorFlow-gpu on Ubuntu 18.04. $ pip install -U tensorflow-gpu Receives the error Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-install-4fQiwhM/tensorflow I'm not sure what it means but I've tried a few things to try to resolve it. I've tried updating libc6 and libc6-dev to the latest version from Ubuntu I've tried installing python3-numpy (that's what I'm running on) to make sure it was python-numpy and not python-numpy3. I've googled around but no luck. A: I solved it!
