This is the first time I've experienced this issue and at first I thought it was just a bad link, but trying the manual "Download" function did not work. I tried it several times and each time I saved the file on my desktop I checked to make sure the exact same file name was being saved. Even tried renaming it just in case it was something about the file name. Then I tried the link you provided and it worked great. Not sure what was going on, but at least it works now so I guess that's a good thing. Thanks. I'll try to download this every time now to make sure it doesn't bug me anymore.
The user (me) has tried to download the product without success. Not sure what the actual error is, but I can download the Windows version. I think it might have something to do with the fact that the working link above does not have the http://domain.com/pdf/#page instead it says file:///C:/file.pdf#page=1 and clicking the link takes the user to file:///C:/file.pdf..
